When the day came, we were prepared to work hard! We always like to start with roof cleaning. We applied a nice hefty coat of fungicide ( to kill off mold and mildew growing on the roof ) mixed with detergent. The chemical got to work breaking down all the unsightly organic matter on the roof. The roof went from black to its original red tile color in minutes.
We gave the roof a final pressure washing rinse and the roof was looking like new! Once that was done, we cleaned the solar panels so they can soak in that California sunlight.
