AC’s Exterior Cleaning Service had the opportunity to work with a property manager in the Cupertino, CA area. Stevens Creek Blvd. is home to numerous properties that we have had the opportunity to provide our pressure washing service to. The road stretches from Cuppertino, Saratoga, San Jose, and Santa Clara.
Our client needed his commercial building exteriors pressure washed and windows cleaned. The building is occupied by a small school, healthcare offices, chiropractors and other tenants. It's important to note that all clients, customers, tenants, and other building occupants want to do business in a clean, upkeep environment.
This tan yellow office building was covered in dirt and other grime. I could tell it hadn't been given a good exterior pressure wash in a while. The windows were lacking clarity as well. We started with spraying a pre-treatment solution to the structure. This detergent would loosen dirt, mildew, grime, and ensure the building would have a nice clean look afterwards.
Then we fired up our system and went to work with the pressure washing. Our last part of the cleaning was window washing. Our preferred method of window cleaning is using a water-fed pole. It allows us to provide window cleaning service on glass up to 45 feet high from ground level. Not only do we prevent the dangers of working on tall ladders, but our system rinses the clean windows with ultra purified water. The windows dry crystal clear, avoiding any dried soap film or hard water buildup. Our friend in Cupertino was extremely happy that AC’s Exterior Cleaning Service got the job done right!
